Privacy Policy

Revuo is self-hosted, so your footage, client comments, and review data never reach us — they stay on your machine and network. The only personal data we hold is what’s needed to run your account and licence: your email, your licence records, and which devices you’ve activated. We don’t sell your data.

• ·Account data — your email address and (optionally) your name, used to sign you in and tie a licence to you.
• ·Purchase data — order records (product, amount, status, timestamps). Card details are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy; we never see or store them.
• ·Licence & activation data — your licence keys and the devices on which they are activated (a generated device id and a friendly label), used to enforce the one-machine limit and let you manage seats.
• ·Basic technical data — standard server logs from our hosting provider (e.g. IP address, request times) used for security and reliability.

We do not collect or receive the video footage, comments, or clips you work with in Revuo. Those are processed locally by the self-hosted app.

• ·To provide the service and your licence — performance of our contract with you.
• ·To process payments and prevent fraud — legitimate interests and legal obligation (via Lemon Squeezy).
• ·To send you your licence key and essential service emails — performance of contract.
• ·To keep accounts secure — legitimate interests.

We rely on a small number of vetted service providers:

• ·Supabase — authentication and database (account, order, and licence records).
• ·Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery.
• ·Lemon Squeezy (Squeezy LLC, a Stripe company) — payment processing and Merchant of Record (billing, tax, invoices).
• ·Resend — transactional email delivery (your licence key and account emails).

Each processes data only as needed to provide their service. International transfers, where they occur, rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We keep account, order, and licence records for as long as your account is active and as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes after that. You can ask us to delete your account; we will remove personal data except where we’re legally required to retain certain records (e.g. transaction history for tax).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these, email support@revuo.live. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

We use only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in (session/auth cookies from Supabase). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies on this site.

We’ll post any changes here with an updated date. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be communicated where appropriate.
